
With a wide range of experience in the real estate development process, Daniel represents individuals and public and private companies in regulatory compliance and transactions. Daniel’s practice combines zoning, litigation, environmental, and real estate disciplines.
Daniel focuses on obtaining permits and municipal approvals for commercial, energy, low-income housing and telecommunications development. Daniel works closely with municipalities to anticipate potential obstacles and make the approval process run more efficiently.
Having worked for local government and public utilities, Daniel has a broad perspective on the legal and political aspects of the development process.
Daniel advocates for clients in front of a range of administrative agencies, legislative bodies, and courts.
Prior to joining Davidson Fink, Daniel worked for other law firms in the Western New York area, and also with the City of Rochester’s Bureau of Planning and Zoning and Law Department.
