Rochester, NY, September 3, 2010:  The law firm of Davidson Fink LLP is pleased to welcome Scott A. Sydelnik Associate Attorney.

Mr. Sydelnik's practice concentrates in the areas of Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, and Bankruptcy.  He received his BA in Political Science from Ithaca College, and he earned his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, and the Mortgage Bankers Association.  He is also admitted to the bars of the U.S. District Court, for the Western, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York.

He currently resides in Rochester with his wife Stefanie.
