Rochester, NY, October 13, 2009: The partners, attorneys and staff of Davidson Fink LLP extend their congratulations to their partner, Thomas A. Fink on his receipt of the Hall of Fame Award by the Monroe County Democratic Committee. This award is given to a select few individuals whose years of service show exemplary dedication and commitment to their community. Mr. Fink, whom is also widely recognized as one of the top lawyers in the Rochester community was commemorated earlier this year for having provided 50 Years of Service with the Monroe County Bar Association. In July, 2008, Mr. Fink was appointed to a new advisory directorship position as part of the American Institute of Architects Rochester Chapter Board of Directors. Mr. Fink’s comprehensive background includes experience in all aspects of commercial litigation. He lectures on many areas of construction law, including the laws governing architects and engineers, as well as the applicability of various types of construction contracts. Mr. Fink represents owners, general contractors, engineers and architects and has experience in all aspects of commercial law. He has served on many community boards including the George Eastman House, the Grove Place Neighborhood Organization, the Jewish Federation of Rochester, the Urban League, Compeer, the Monroe County Democratic Organization and served as a member of the national board of the Union of Reform Jewish Congregations.
