Rochester, NY, May 24, 2012:  The law firm of Davidson Fink, LLP, is pleased to welcome Trisha L. Kirsch as Associate Attorney.

Ms. Kirsch focuses her practice in commercial real estate transactions and in banking law.  She has experience counseling clients in the areas of mortgage lending (commercial, residential and aircraft), banking procedures, tax liability, property acquisition and financing, and business formation and development. 

Prior to joining Davidson Fink LLP, Ms. Kirsch was an associate with Menter, Rudin, Trivelpiece, P.C. in Syracuse, NY, where she represented numerous clients in commercial lending and workout matters.  She received her BA from Ithaca College, and her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.  She is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

She currently resides in Penfield, NY.
