Ms. Wilson received her BS from Tulane University. She earned her JD degree and a Masters of Business Administration at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Monroe County Bar Association.

She currently resides in Rochester, NY, with her husband Lee.
