Mr. Greene brings with him extensive experience in the areas of estate planning and settlement, trusts and estates litigation and elder law. His practice includes the drafting of wills, trusts, buy-sell agreements, powers of attorneys, living wills and health care proxies and related documents.

Robert Greene received his BBA at St. Bonaventure University, and he earned his law degree from the Albany Law School of Union University. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Monroe County Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Rochester. Mr. Greene’s background includes previous positions with Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP, Harter Secrest and Emory LLP, and Chase Bank. He has achieved an AV Rating with Martindale Hubbell, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.
