| Davidson Fink LLP Takes a Stand Against Racism |

Rochester, NY, May 10, 2011: Davidson Fink LLP joined the YWCA to take a Stand Against Racism during the week of April 25, 2011. The firm spent the week raising and discussing issues of racism and discrimination in the workplace and in the community at large. During the week, attorneys and staff alike read literature about racism and other forms of discrimination; they were also encouraged to share their own stories and experiences in order to raise awareness about discrimination. The week culminated with an ice cream social on Friday. Peggy Fortune, Communications Coordinator with the YWCA of Rochester and Monroe County, attended the social and congratulated Davidson Fink on their successful week, adding that the firm is in good company: "We have been hearing good things from sites all over the city." Donna Parsons, a Paralegal who helped organize the week's activities, said that the "feedback from the partners here at the firm has been very positive, and we are very happy to have participated." Stand Against Racism is a movement that was initiated by the YWCA in 2008 in order to raise awareness that racism still exists in our communities, and to help people make conscious changes to eliminate discrimination of any kind. In 2010 over 250,000 people participated in the week long event. Davidson Fink LLP is a full-service law firm, established in 1968.
