Rochester, NY, October 20, 2010:  Thomas Fink, a Partner with Davidson Fink LLP, has been named among the 2011 “Best Lawyers in America for Construction and Corporate Litigation."  The Best Lawyers list is the oldest peer-review publication in the legal profession and rates the nation’s top lawyers.  It contains a list of lawyers who have been chosen through “an exhaustive survey in which thousands of the nation’s top lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers.”

Mr. Fink focuses his practice on the areas of commercial litigation and real estate litigation, construction law, land use planning and zoning, development, acquisitions and sales, and tax assessment.

Mr. Fink received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his LLB from Cornell Law School.  He is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations.  He is the Former Secretary of the New York State Democratic Party, and the Senior Counsel of the Monroe County Democratic Party, from whom he has also received a Lifetime Achievement Award.  He serves on the National Board of the Union of Reform Jewish Congregations.  He is also active with the George Eastman House, the Ibero American Action League, the Puerto Rican Youth Development Center, the Urban League, the Jewish Federation of Rochester, and Compeer.
