WILLIAM P. FLETCHER   -   Partner

William Fletcher, a partner of the firm, maintains a general real estate practice and business practice with an emphasis on serving national, regional and community banks, credit unions, and institutional mortgage lenders in New York State and he offers substantial banking regulatory compliance experience. Mr. Fletcher’s practice focuses on the purchase and sale of residential real estate, mortgage closings, and title work. Mr. Fletcher’s many years of experience in the real estate industry, which includes a wide variety of transactions and property types, enables him to quickly comprehend and meet client goals with speed, creativity, and efficiency.

Mr. Fletcher has lectured on behalf of New York State Bar Association for Continuing Legal Education programs, Monroe County Bar Association and National Business Institute on a wide range of real estate topics relating to title, contracts, and litigation matters.
