Walter Capell is a partner of the firm who utilizes his years of experience and skills in a wide variety of practice areas to aggressively advocate, negotiate and litigate on behalf of his clients in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors rights, real estate and mortgage lending, corporate and commercial transactions, as well as family law. Mr. Capell’s knowledge of all aspects of the bankruptcy process enables him to effectively counsel clients on their rights as creditors. His real estate experience includes advising developers, investors, buyers, and sellers on matters involving the purchase, sale, lease, construction, and financing of real estate projects. Mr. Capell also has vast experience in landlord and tenant matters and is highly trained at using collaborative techniques as an alternative to litigation and mediation in matrimonial matters.

Mr. Capell is a former adjunct professor of Business Law at Rochester Institute of Technology and is a current lecturer with the National Business Institute.
