VINCENT M. FERRERO   -   Partner

As a partner of the firm, Vincent Ferrero represents clients in all aspects of divorce, family law and Collaborative Law. His experience as a skilled negotiator enables him to consistently achieve favorable results for clients in challenging and complex situations. When a settlement can’t be reached, he is a respected courtroom advocate, drawing from a history of successful litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Mr. Ferrero has also represented numerous clients regarding the post-divorce division of retirement assets, including Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) for retirement plans of domestic and international employers of all sizes. He is actively involved in the family law section of the state and local bar associations and is frequently asked to lecture on topics involving New York divorce and family law. Mr. Ferrero frequently receives referrals from other attorneys and welcomes the opportunity to collaborate when possible.

“Rather than adopt a one-size-fits all approach to cases, I embrace the fact that all clients, and the challenges they face, are unique. I take the time to listen, so that I can understand and effectively analyze each client’s specific concerns and goals. I then work with each client to tailor and implement a strategy designed to meet their personal objectives.”
