Mr. Fink, a partner of the firm, has extensive experience in representing clients including owners, general contractors, engineers, and architects in all aspects of construction and commercial claims. Mr. Fink offers expertise in sophisticated construction matters and has represented numerous municipalities and private owners in tax assessment and condemnation claims. Mr. Fink has a long history of serving the firm’s real estate clients and offers extensive knowledge with sound business and legal judgment to deliver creative solutions for his real estate development clients. His clients rely on his counsel with respect to land use planning and zoning, development, acquisitions and sales, tax assessment reductions and real estate-related litigation.

Mr. Fink has vast experience in all types of government assisted affordable housing transactions, including programs initiated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the New York State Department of Housing and Urban Development. Mr. Fink has been a lecturer on many construction law-related topics, including the legal rights and responsibilities of architects and engineers on a project and the use and selection of appropriate contract documents, including AIA, DBIA, and GCA. Mr. Fink has also lectured on the law relating to tax assessment of affordable housing in New York State.
