SCOTT A. SYDELNIK - Associate
Scott Sydelnik is an associate in the firm’s default servicing department, specializing in foreclosure and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. Mr. Sydelnik has experience counseling clients in the areas of real estate and mortgage lending.
Prior to joining Davidson Fink LLP, Mr. Sydelnik practiced residential and commercial real estate, mortgage lending, and bankruptcy with a law firm in Rochester. He has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions throughout New York State. Mr. Sydelnik has also represented debtors and creditors in the Western and Northern Districts of the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Sydelnik also serves as the District Representative for the 7th District of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Section. In addition, Mr. Sydelnik has served as an editor for Thompson Reuters and has lectured on the topics of real estate and bankruptcy for the New York State Bar Association and the National Business Institute.
Mr. Sydelnik currently resides in Rochester with his wife Stefanie.
