Rob Galbraith, a partner of the firm, is the department head for the Real Estate and Default Servicing Practice Groups. Mr. Galbraith's clients include residential and commercial lenders and servicers, national loan servicers, regional and national developers and investors, and local and regional companies. He has extensive experience counseling clients in mortgage lending, lines of credit, conduit financing, participation loans, REO sales, evictions, and foreclosure of residential and commercial properties. His in-depth knowledge and experience with commercial real estate and development throughout Eastern United States enables him to effectively counsel his clients on property acquisition, project development, financing, and environmental compliance.

Mr. Galbraith has lectured extensively to both the New York State Bar Association and industry trade groups on foreclosure, REO sales, commercial and residential lending and development, real estate contracts, commercial leasing, the use of limited liability companies in real estate development, the conversion of existing business entities into limited liability companies, RESPA compliance, and the use of computers and computer software in residential mortgage lending. Most recently, Mr. Galbraith spoke at the ALFN National Leadership Conference regarding the Tenant Foreclosure Prevention Act. Mr. Galbraith also recently made a presentation to Fannie Mae, as a representative of the ALFN Title Committee, regarding national title standards and how to reduce title costs and improve the quality of foreclosure searches.
