Attorney Profiles

Paul Kelly, a partner of the firm since 1985, is the department head for the personal injury and medical malpractice practice areas. Prior to joining Davidson Fink LLP, Mr. Kelly worked as a Public Defender in the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office. He is an accomplished trial lawyer, representing clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Throughout his years of practice, Mr. Kelly has successfully settled and received innumerable trial verdicts in favor of his clients.

Mr. Kelly is committed to achieving the best results in an efficient and cost-effective matter. His rate of successful verdicts along with his reputation for delivering the highest level of legal representation have earned him recognition amongst his peers and colleagues in the Rochester area and in surrounding communities.
