LARRY T. POWELL   -   Associate

Larry Powell is an associate attorney with the firm’s residential foreclosure department. Mr. Powell’s focus is on completing the foreclosure process within investor time guidelines, while producing clear title to the real property and effectively resolving obstacles in the judicial process.  In addition to his foreclosure expertise, he dedicates a portion of his practice to loss mitigation and collections.  He also provides full litigation support for contested foreclosures, as well as lender liability claims and lawsuits.
