HEATHER C. M. ROGERS - Partner
Heather Rogers, a partner of the firm, concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate including buy/sell, lending, leasing and evictions. Ms. Rogers manages the firm’s foreclosure department and oversees the firm’s REO department. In addition to her real estate practice, Ms. Rogers combines her MBA and law degree in the area of business law, counseling her clients on entity selection and formation, as well as the continued management and operation of those businesses as the companies grow.
Ms. Rogers is a frequent lecturer for the Monroe County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, National Business Institute and Lorman on a wide range of real estate related topics, including residential real estate, mortgage foreclosure and workouts, landlord tenant matters and UCC updates and compliance.
Ms. Rogers is a 2005 recipient of the Rochester Women’s Network Up and Coming Businesswomen Award.
