Greg Mott, a partner of the firm since 1982, maintains a practice in the areas of matrimonial and family law. Mr. Mott has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America for twenty consecutive years, and as one of New York's Super Lawyers. His legal practice focuses on counseling clients in the areas of matrimonial, divorce, custody, separation agreements and collaborative family law. Mr. Mott is a Certified Public Accountant and his degree in accounting has proven to be an asset to his matrimonial clients. He has been trained in collaborative family law and has also been trained as a divorce mediator by the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Mott has successfully litigated cases throughout Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Steuben, and Wayne Counties.

Mr. Mott has presented seminars for the New York State Bar Association on the following topics: Property Valuation in Divorce Cases; Tax Consequences in Divorce; Valuation of Degrees and Licenses; QDROS (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders); Pensions; Preparation for Divorce Trial; and Custody Trial Preparation.
