Attorney Profiles

Fernando Santiago, a partner of the firm, currently serves on the firm's management committee.  He focuses his practice on civil litigation in New York State and Federal Courts, where his representative clients include both large corporations and individuals. In his corporate and commercial transactional work, Mr. Santiago offers services in the areas of contract disputes, construction law, and insurance coverage disputes. He represents business clients and entrepreneurs at all stages of their business development, and his areas of expertise include corporate counseling, contract development and review, and labor and employment practices. Mr. Santiago also has significant experience with large complex litigation, including environmental insurance coverage disputes around the country.

Mr. Santiago has published a number of articles and has lectured on a variety of topics including insurance law, design-build, and construction law. Mr. Santiago is also a founding member of the local Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Upstate New York Chapter. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Consumer Guide and has received recognition as one of Rochester, New York’s “40 Under 40”, which recognizes leaders in the Rochester area under the age of forty.
