EUGENE T. CLIFFORD - Of Counsel
Eugene Clifford, a former partner of the firm, utilizes his knowledge, experience, and creativity to counsel his clients regarding their estate and Medicaid planning needs. Mr. Clifford expertly advises his clients on the use of wills, trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney, utilizing the Medicaid system, proper beneficiary designation, and estate tax minimization. In addition, Mr. Clifford provides services in the administration of trusts and estates, including the preparation of estate and trust accountings and the preparation and filing of fiduciary income tax and estate tax returns. Mr. Clifford's practice encompasses handling guardianship matters in both Surrogate's Court and New York State Supreme Court as they pertain to developmentally disabled and incapacitated persons.
