Attorney Profiles

Don White is a senior associate attorney with the firm and is a member of the firm's matrimonial and family law practice area and the personal injury and medical malpractice practice group.  Throughout his career, Mr. White has successfully represented a wide range of clients, including individuals and small businesses in the areas of real estate, matrimonial law, family law, estates, DWI and traffic matters.

Prior to joining Davidson Fink LLP, Mr. White was the confidential law clerk to the Honorable Robert Lunn, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, at both the trial and appellate court levels, from 1995 through 2008. During that time, Mr. White served as a matrimonial referee for the Supreme Court, Monroe County; he conducted settlement conferences with attorneys and interested parties, where he became adept at identifying issues; and he gained extensive knowledge of procedural and substantive law in all areas of civil and criminal litigation.
