DENNIS J. ANNECHINO - Partner
Dennis Annechino is a partner in the firm’s litigation department, specializing in commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Annechino has experience counseling clients in a wide range of complex construction and commercial matters, including construction disputes, contract claims, mechanic’s lien claims, and labor law defense matters.
Mr. Annechino has also successfully represented a wide range of firm clients on appeals throughout New York State.
Prior to joining Davidson Fink LLP, Mr. Annechino was a former Appellate Court Attorney at the Appellate Division, Third Department in Albany, New York, where he wrote reports for the Court’s judges analyzing substantive and jurisdictional issues.
Mr. Annechino has lectured owners, contractors, architects and engineers on a variety of construction related issues, including the recent changes to the 2007 AIA Contract Documents.
