David Rasmussen, a partner of the firm, focuses his legal practice in the areas of creditors' rights in bankruptcy and commercial litigation where he has over 20 years experience representing both secured and unsecured creditors in commercial and consumer bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Mr. Rasmussen is an experienced lawyer skilled in navigating the bankruptcy courts to aggressively advocate, negotiate, and litigate on behalf of his clients. He has vast litigation experience representing his commercial and banking clients in both the State and Federal Courts. His representative clients are both lenders and servicers, including numerous regional and local banks and credit unions.
